NATCO recalls Lansoprazole Capsules in US for bottle sealing issues

Natco Pharma initiated a recall of one lot of Lanzoprazole 15mg capsules in US. Reason for recall is inadequate induction sealing of bottles and observation of capsules sticking together, active spheres sticking to capsules, capsules with holes and exposed drug, bubbles & blemishes and missing of overcoding on bottle. The drug is distributed by Rising Pharma Holdings. The recall follows a customer complaint reporting the issues.
