Job Role Summary : Pharma OSD Formulations packing, execution and completion of daily production plan
Job Profile :
- Responsible for Packing of solid oral dosage forms.
- To ensure online up-date of Packing records.
- Responsible for execution and completion of daily production plan.
- Responsible to maintain change part inventory at minimum level.
- Responsible for deliverance of exhibit/process validation batches as per committed timeline.
- Preparation and updatation of Batch Packing records considering the regulatory requirements.
- To update reporting manager about availability of spares and consumables on shop floor.
- Execution of Equipment Qualification.
- Equipment upkeeping through on time completion of machine maintenance in co-ordination with Engineering persons.
- Person shall have responsibility to handle the Quality management system (QMS) activities in Trackwise.
- Preparation and updatation standard procedures (SOP/EOP/IOP/SCP) for different activities, as per regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements :
- 4-10 years of experience in regulated pharma industry
- Pharma Solid dosage form production / packing operations experience
- Candidate must have faced major regulatory audits (like USFDA, MHRA etc.)
- Candidate should have SAP knowledge and shall be responsible to update the production related activities in SAP.
