Job Role Summary : Coordinate investigations, CAPA tracking, Preparation and review of SOPs, Protocols
Job Profile :
- Handling of OOS & OOT investigation, report preparation, review and closure activity.
- Handling of QAMS for CCP, Deviation, OOS.
- Preparation, review and approval activity for specification/STP/protocol/report related to quality system.
- Evaluation and closure of CAPA activities related to investigation.
- Monitoring and Pharmacopeial update in specification and STP.
Job Requirements :
- 12-15 years of Pharma QA experience
- Exposure on regulatory audit like USFDA, MHRA, TGA, WHO etc. Internal & external customer audits.

Type of Experience : Pharma QA experience, handling QMS
Academic Qualifications :
Graduation in Pharmacy or Science
