Job Role Summary : Identify upcoming Technical Training needs, design and development of training curricula, learning strategies, courseware to support R&D or Manufacturing Operations, develop training materials, adapt instructional content or delivery methods for different levels or types of learners.
Job Profile :

Content Research based on Training Needs

  • Conduct research to identify upcoming training needs to ensure the employees are ready for current and future role requirements.
  • Develop instructional materials and products for technology-based redesign of courses.
  • Provide support for the design and development of training curricula, learning strategies, educational policies, or courseware standards to support R&D or Manufacturing Operations.
  • Interview subject-matter experts or conduct other research to develop instructional content.
  • Adapt instructional content or delivery methods for different levels or types of learners.

Designing Content and Supporting Material

  • Design learning resources, including classroom Interventions or Digital Content.
  • Design instructional aids for stand-alone or instructor-led classroom or online use.
  • Recommend instructional methods, such as individual or group instruction, self-study, lectures, demonstrations, simulation exercises, and role playing appropriate for content and learner characteristics.
  • Partner with the various academies & learning partners for designing content and delivering the sessions.
    Provides insights on the practical implementation of the technical training.
  • Evaluate the training effectiveness and enhance the resources to ensure they suit the requirements of future fit organization.
  • Ensure that the learning resources are adequate / updated to meet the business requirements.

Designing Various Modes of Assessment

  • Design assessment framework to evaluate technical competencies in order to support talent movement – Progression, Promotion and Hiring
  • Identify skill gaps at an individual and at an overall level to support in development of futuristic skills
    Assess effectiveness and efficiency of instruction according to ease of instructional technology use and student learning, knowledge transfer, and satisfaction.
  • Develop instruction or training roadmaps for online and blended learning programs.
  • Develop measurement tools to evaluate the effectiveness of instruction or training interventions.
  • Analyze performance data to determine effectiveness of instructional systems, courses, or instructional materials.
Job Requirements :
  • Experience in Pharma Injectable operations
  • Expertise in Sterile operations, regulatory and GMP requirements
Type of Experience : Injectable operations, conduct technical training for sterile operations
Academic Qualifications :

B.Tech/ B.Pharm with experience in Injectables Operations
