Job Role Summary : Provides leadership to the Unit Engineering Maintenance & Reliability Team. Mechanical EM&R Planning, Detailed Scheduling and Execution of CMP to-  ensure continuity of availability of plant & equipment. Anchor the Reliability Improvement Analysis and improvement initiatives.

Job Profile :

• Maintenance Execution:Implement the Comprehensive Maintenance Program, Review Unit CMP planner. Adherence to planned preventive maintenance & instrument calibrations 
• Check & review engineering documentation post completion for meeting the cGMP and Good Engineering Practices
• Assess and handle breakdown maintenance to avoid recurrence and maintain continuous process operations by maintaining critical parts availability and adherence to PPM schedule; ensure that hand back the Asset under maintenance is done
• Ensure critical spares inventory of all machines are maintained to reduce resolution time
• Reliability Improvement: Conduct Reliability Improvement Analysis for Unit Operations
• Develop and maintain stoppage database for key plant & equipment. Analyse stoppage data and report equipment reliability
• Recommend new technologies and ensure capability building of Engineering Team. Identify training needs of the Engineering Team member & coordinate for internal and external trainings/ seminars to stay updated with the new techniques used in maintenance
• Implement and Maintain a safety culture with zero reportable and LTA (Loss Time Accident)
• Capex and Opex  - Adherence to the budget

Job Requirements :

1. 4-7 years of experience in manufacturing (Maintenance and Projects).
2. Ability to implement new techniques, deep understanding of manufacturing process, planning and organizational skills, prioritization multi-tasking, understanding of financial concepts
3. Good technical knowledge of Pharma / API machinery and utility requirements
4. Good knowledge and experience in execution of green field / brown field projects
5. Knowledge of GMP and various regulatory requirements
6. Good leadership skills and experience in mechanical engineering activities.

Work / Job Experience : 10-12 Years

Academic Qualifications :

B.E / B.Tech Chemical
