Job Role Summary : Analytical method development for formulations applying QbD principles, method transfer
Job Profile :
- To develop and qualify analytical methods to support the formulation product development for assigned projects.
- To systematically plan, execute and complete the day to day tasks, as assigned.
- To Implement QbD principles and tools to analytical method development.
- To timely procure & maintain the inventory of regular and specific chemicals, solvents and analytical consumables and requirements.
- Â To handle procurement, installation & qualification of analytical instruments and equipment.
- To transfer the analytical technology and methods to the manufacturing site for regular release testing at manufacturing site internal/external.
- To plan timely analysis of stability samples, compiling and tracking the trends of stability results.
- To work closely with formulation development team and other cross functions, understanding the needs of the project & active participation in technical discussions.
- To coordinate with the contract research organizations for analytical development work for outsourced activities / projects.
- To ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of analytical activities related to project and other essential assignments in the department.
