Associate Facility Operations

• Preparation and distribution of disinfectant solution and ensure appropriate documentation.
• Perform area cleaning & sanitization of the clean rooms and update the respective records.
• Perform waste management as per established procedures.
• Perform fumigation as per the schedule.
• Facilitate & monitor the qualification of equipment’s within due date of the calibration and Preventive maintenance.
• Dispensing of General consumable material from warehouse as per requirements.
• Facilitate performance of regular facility walkthroughs & internal quality audits for Biologics Operations to ensure adherence to the implemented systems.
• Perform production accessories cleaning and update the respective records.
• Initiate breakdown request if any break down of instrument / equipment’s and coordinate with EAM for rectification

Experience in Pharma shop floor operations.
