Job Role Summary : Manage Granulation department shopfloor activities
Job Profile :
- Shop floor activities of Granulation Department.
- Man power distribution in the department
- Execution of Manufacturing process as per the laid down procedure and maintaining documents for the same
- Authorization of BMR/BPR after checking BMR/BPR as approved production chemist
- Maintaining records of Machine Sequential log.
- To prepare the monthly report and maintaining WIP Status.
- General maintenance works in Department like interlock, gowning hanger, tube light repairing.
- Active participation in investigation ,root cause identifications ,defining CAPA in case of event /Investigation reporting , market complaints
- To initiate, review and approval of QMS documents
Job Requirements :
- 17-18 years of Pharma formulation / granulation of OSD
- Pharma cGMP requirements for regulated markets
Work / Job Experience : 17-18 Years
Type of Experience : Pharma OSD formulations, granulation operations
Academic Qualifications :
B.Pharm / M.Pharm
