Deputy Manager-Program Management

• End to end project management in line with PMP guidelines and Piramal’s process 
• Ensuring Project delivery within timelines as per the project scope and customer / business expectations 
• To facilitate resolution of any issues by interacting with cross functional team 
• To monitor/track the progress of the project. 
• Project cost management, To prepare a cost effective proposal. 
• To understand the capabilities of the organization and present them in the best possible way. 
• Presales – Proposal evaluation with CFT, computation of costing and preparation/submission of proposals to customers 
• To be the single point contact for the client, and ensure a smooth flow of information to meet customer requirements. 
• To bear the onus of delivery of the project and ensure proper co-ordination amongst internal teams. 
• To build a strong working relationship with the client and the internal team which would help achieve business targets. 
• To prepare weekly reports for the senior management and update the client through weekly / monthly reviews to ensure the client's as well as the company's needs are met. 
• To ensure project delivery of integrated projects and align with the integrated scope of work in projects across the different sites in Piramal. 

Experience in Program Management for Pharma developmental projects

• Master Degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is strongly preferred.
