Job Role Summary : Planning of engineering activities of section through effective utilisation of resources to ensure minimum downtime of equipment/system for seamless operations and achieve production targets in line with all safety and GMP standards.

Job Profile :

I. Reviewing unique planner and reviewing adherence to planned preventive maintenance & instrument calibrations across the Unit for effective maintenance and adherence to standards
II. Assess and handle breakdown maintenance to avoid recurrence and maintain continuous process operations by maintaining critical parts availability and adherence to PPM schedule
III. Recommend new technologies and ensure capability building of Engineering Team to improve the Machine/system performance
IV. Control CAPEX and OPEX to ensure cost reduction
V. Implement safety standards along with HSE to achieve high level of Safety during maintenance so as to avoid major breakdown and report accidents/ incidences
VI. Manage up gradation of facility/system/ equipment by facility modification for continuous improvement
VII. Adherence to Quality management systems to comply current regulatory requirements with QMS tools.

Job Requirements :

• 5-7 years of maintenance in Pharma / API industries.
• Two years experience at Section head level preferable

Academic Qualifications :

Graduate Engineer / Diploma engineer
